What software can i use to create vector graphics like Macintosh does?

I use a pc and want to create vectore images. but i dont really know what software to use.I actually want to create graphics like the macintosh icons ( slick looking icons ;) )

    try adobe illustrator

    or corel draw

    both are vector graphics programs

    I would advise you try adobe illustrator. Or try that free link above. Adobe illustrator is aimed towards professionals.
