How do I get my web site listed in yahoo category directory?

My web site is host by yahoo small business web hosting, but it is not in the yahoo category, how do I get it yahoo directory?

    You need to submit to Yahoo! Directory at http://search.yahoo.com/info/submit.html

    Now there is a $299 non-refundable submission fee (weather or not you get listed) and $299 a year if you do get listed.
